How long does delivery take?
We use Australia Post – Parcel Post to ship our orders. Purchases from our catalogue are usually dispatched within 48 hours. Shipping time is dependent on Australia Post’s delivery speed. To view Australia Posts delivery speed and coverage please click here.

How much does shipping cost?
Free shipping on all Australian orders over $100 & free shipping on all New Zealand orders over $150. Orders under $100 will have a $10 shipping fee applied.
Sizing
Do I have to order 10 of the one size?
No, you can order any variation of sizes to get the minimum order quantity.
Custom Clothing
How do the minimum quantities work for custom clothing?
Your first custom clothing order must have a minimum of 10 tops and 10 bottoms.
Eg. 10 Prime jerseys and 10 Prime bibshorts (This can be any variation of sizes)
Then, if you include any additional tops ie: Long Sleeve jerseys, you only need to order a minimum of 10.
What are the minimum quantities for re-orders?
The minimum quantity is 10.
Eg. 10 Prime jerseys and 10 Prime bibshorts (This can be any variation of sizes)
Will my re-order be produced quicker?
Re-orders of the same design take 45 days in production.
What if I have the same design but in different colours?
The same design but in different colours is regarded as a new design and therefore requires a minimum order of 10.
What is the production time for custom clothing?
For new designs, the production time is 60 days.

Where is the clothing made?
All of Alé’s technical clothing is produced in Verona, Italy. Alé is owned and manufactured by APG SRL, who have over 30 years of experience in manufacturing technical cycling clothing.
