Our R-EV1, PR-S collections run on the smaller side so if you are right on the border or between sizes, please order one size up.
The garments are designed to fit perfectly on the bike, we suggest assuming the bike position when you try them on.
Note: As Alé is an Italian brand we do find that most people size up one size from other local brands.

TIPS FOR PURCHASING THE RIGHT BIB SHORTS

These easy steps will help you to find the right shorts, which will become your faithful training and racing companion. Put the shorts on and adjust the bibs and leg bottom so as to eliminate any folds; the shorts must feel tight once on. Leave the shorts on for a few minutes, bending your legs and assuming the bike position, then pinch the fabric in the thigh area and make sure that once you release the fabric, the Lycra returns to its original position: this means that you are wearing the correct size. If you experience an unpleasant sensation of friction or restriction, or if the stitching and bibs are pulling, try a bigger size. Our chamois are designed to be worn without chamois cream. Chamois creams may damage and reduce the lifespan of your bibshorts. The lycra is designed to confer a massaging and light compression effect on the muscles. It can only perform this function if it is fitted correctly.

Description

This is our most popular option in Alé Custom. The Alé Custom Bibshorts are the previous generation bibshorts and formed part of our sizing kit for the PRR collection.

Our fabrics have been designed for better breathability and lightness with attention to the details. Reflective inserts and performance fitting is the PRR Bibshorts.

Developed thanks to the support and feedback of our teams. Slightly longer legs for better muscle support and more grip at leg hem. The bibs have been constructed in a super-lightweight mesh and last but not least: renewed reflective details for perfect visibility. The embossed Matrix fabric at the crotch perfects the stability on the saddle.

Multi-panel shorts created with an informed choice of fabrics to ensure the requisite muscular compression. Made in the certified high-density Lycra called MATRIX, the rear of the shorts has a calendered finish to ensure high-performance and is durable at the interface with the saddle.

Any online orders that need to be returned, will need to be sent back to our Moorabbin store.

We hope you love everything that you order from us, but if something isn’t quite right you have 14 days from the day you receive your parcel to return the item to us.
